Morning all
The result of my weigh in this morning was a thankful STS. Hopefully I'll undo any damage done this weekend by next Monday.
I've only had a nectarine for breakfast so I can do justice to lunch today. This is a sample lunch menu for where we're going as a treat for my niece's birthday. I'm thinking the crab would be a good SW option but I have to admit I'm drawn to the seafood linguine.
Greentiger - great news about your NSV jacket. I imagine having room for extra jumpers could be a bonus for football matches in the winter.
Well done for doing the 10k MrsP :T. You do look great, the running obviously suits you.
On the news today was the surprise wedding of Laura Trott and Jason Kenny which took place yesterday, and my first thought was that our very own Lushlifesaver is actually an Olympian in disguise...! :rotfl: After GFB's attendance at Lizzie Armistead's wedding last week, nothing would surprise me.
Well done to all the losers this week, and commiserations to anyone struggling.
Have a good week.

Morning everyone! Shala, I've put on 0.8 lbs over the last 2 weeks. I was actually on track for a loss but then Friday night happened (very off plan food and lots of wine and cocktails) so that put paid to that. But got straight back on plan Saturday so not feeling too disheartened by the gain. Just means I need to try and stick to plan as much as I can in the next 4 weeks so I can be back at my wedding weight by our anniversary!
Today looks like this:
B - porridge oats (HEB), rice milk (3 syns), blueberries, raspberries
L - Speed soup, cucumber and carrot sticks
D - Macaroni cheese (leeks, pasta, quark, HEA of cheese), broccoli
S - popcorn (2.5 syns)
Have been feeling a little bloated recently so hoping that the speed soup (still remember the days when it was called dynorod soup!) will help with that. Made enough to have for lunch for the next 2 weeks so helps with keeping to a grocery budget too!

2.5 off please Shala
Almost half a stone in a fortnight, I'm delighted with that, although I fear Saturday will catch me up next week, I'm going to be super good to try and swerve that!
B - Bacon, tomato and mushroom sandwich (HEXB)
D - Ham/egg/potato salad
T - Stir fry
Syns - Snackajacks (5)
HEXA - milk in drinks
BM - Slept in and have run around like a loon to get here on time0 -
Hi everyone
It's so cold this morning, my fingers and toes are like ice! Autumn's definitely with us here
Not much to report really, I caved in and ordered one of the hydratem8 bottles that are all over instagram and it arrived today. Really not the best day to be drinking cold water when all I want is lots of hot cups of tea, but I'm nearly a litre down so far (and some days I struggle to drink that) so it's definitely working :T
Today's food:
B - overnight oats with a turkish delight muller, strawbs & a banana
L - BNS soup
T - smoked sausage risotto (6 syns for my portion I think) with either veg or salad
Have a good day everyone, keep warm

Afternoon all - this weekend's weigh in resulted in 1/2 on first wi since my weekend away and I was hoping for at least 1/2 off - nearly didn't go as I hadn't pooped (sorry!!) and I normally do and I knew I would have a gain...must get more speed food in this week.
(Cast is off and trying to get more body magic done..hubby is preparing for his first bodybuilding competition and he has to do an hour walk every day for cardio so I'm going to go along with him to do that. Going back to basics this week too, trying to vary my food...having got stuck in a rut eating the same thing for breakfast and lunch every day.)
(Hope the wedding day was amazing Lush)0 -
Finished th Stafford 10K and I'm back home digging into some sushi and a big chocolate cookie that hubby bought me for completing the race. Today is a synful day, he then also bought fillet steak for dinner!! He's a good husband.
I finished in 1:22:34 which is okay as I was aiming for 1:20:00 and was 2 mins 12 faster than my practice the other week
Well done you, lol just reading it made me feel nackered, you look great.Slimming World at target0 -
Afternoon all
Reporting a lucky 1lb loss this week. Phew! Guess the meal on Sat didn't do too much damage. I have challenging few weeks with a meal out next Sat for my aunts 70th, another meal sometime in the week as my brother is on hols here, and a wedding the weekend after. But will power through and make good choices. It's hard eating out as a veggie on SW.
Today's meals:
B - banana
L - leftover Sunday dinner, 4 syns for sausages and gravy
D - bean chilli and rice, 4 syns for LF sour cream, salad, cheese heax2, wine 4syns
Snacks - tinned spagetti, oranges, wm toast heb with honey 3 syns
Total 15syns so far so may well have a SW friendly pud too* Rainbow baby boy born 9th August 2016 *

Hope you enjoyed your lunch lois. It looks like a nice place. I think I might have had crab.:)
Good loss topgirl.:T Hopefully if you pull hard on those reins the weekend won't catch up with you!
ETA: glad you had a loss too flutterby.:)
Glad you've got the cast off gfb. That's a very small gain considering you were away last weekend. Same with you ruby, that's less than a pound gained in two weeks. You'll both get back to losing ways.
I'm having a good day today as I'm eating at home all day. The next three days, I'm having my main meal out so I'll just take the hit. Next week looks much quieter so I'll be grabbing those reins. I made savoury mince in the SC and portioned it up for the freezer so maybe next week I'll make a cottage pie with swede & carrot mash and have a SP day.
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB toast, 2 fried eggs, tomatoes, mushrooms, ham HEA milk
L: JP with veggie chilli and cottage cheesebaked marrow with Bolognese
Syns: cheese to top the marrow bake although might be able to divert some from HEA.0 -
Been out for lunch today with my lovely mum.
Had cauliflower soup, a fantastic tart & managed to squeeze in a wee creme brulee ~just as you do.Was just lush.I am a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Mortgage Free Wannabe & Local Money Saving Scotland & Disability Money Matters.
