Maisiepleased you had a loss this week.:T
tie I get cross that your job is so debilitating for you. In my line of work I meet people all the time who are off sick with stress because of what they're schools are doing to them . I think you're amazing to cope with it but it doesn't make it right.
DH suggested we had a day out today but I coped well. We went to a tea shop and I had a prawn jacket so only syns were in the mayo. Decent side salad of Speed too.
We're having Bolognese from the freezer tonight.
Hope you get a loss flutterby but glad you enjoyed your meal today. Great idea to get Body Magic with the buggy. When my DD1 was little we lived on top of a hill and I was fit as a fiddle!
:T a win is a win greentiger .I hope we get one tomorrow.0 -
Good day for food today!
Breakfast - weetabix (hexb), milk (hexa) and canderel.
Lunch - tuna salad.
Dinner - piri piri chicken (2 for seasoning) and veg.
Snacks - banana hifi light (3), muller light, cucumber sticks.
Debating on whether to have some sweets. I've just spent 15 mins weighing out lots of sweets and putting them in separate sandwich bags with their syn value on them. Sweets are my weakness.
Palpitations for the past 3 days. Not fun. Think I need to stop drinking caffeine

Well I only managed a 1/2lb loss this week but I pleased given last weekend we'd gone away & I drank far more than I should have & ate really off plan lol!
This makes a loss of 6.5 lbs in total.
I'm aiming for 2 lbs next week but really really like 3.5 lbs so I'd be X stone exactly.
Wish me luck!0 -
Got the Stafford 10K in 2 hours, getting a bit nervous now. Just having my breakfast and trying to make it both SW friendly and 10K suitable. So I've just had 2 pieces of 400g wholemeal toast with a little bit of butter and marmite (can't stand marmite without butter/marg in between) and I'm just about to have a muller yogurt too.
Wish me luck!0 -
Good luck mrsp!! Xx0

Morning all
Happy Wedding Day Lush!
Beautiful sunny morning here today, but I don't think it's going to last, there are showers forecast for this afternoon and tomorrow isn't looking great. Shame, as I was hoping for fine weather for my sister and niece. (And you Lush - hope the weather is good where you are.)
I decided to go for a low calorie day yesterday rather than try to stick to plan so that I could have a small portion of fish (with most of the batter removed), chips and mushy peas and I really enjoyed them. I went without an HEb to keep the calories down. Today is going to be carvery and we're going to one where they serve the meat and you help yourselves to everything else so I'll stick to the speed veg and ignore the roasties and cauliflower cheese. I'm looking forward to lunch tomorrow - the hotel we're going to does lots of seafood so providing everything isn't smothered in cream or oil I should be able to make some good choices.
Well done Betty - that's a great loss! Do you think the SAS log worked because it took up the time you might have been using to eat? Only joking, it obviously had a good effect, I might give it a go.
Flutterby - don't worry about the blip, all that body magic will have undone any damage. I'm glad you enjoyed it, there's nothing worse than having something naughty but nice and feeling guilty about it.
TIE - I really feel for you, and agree with Maman that your work situation is not right. Your employers need to find ways to help.
MrsP - good luck with the 10k, I hope you've taken enough carbs on board to keep you going.
Have a good day everyone, enjoy the sunshine if you've got it.

Sometimes i feel I don't get my point across about how bad the anxiety is but I know I'm appreciated. I bumped into one of our school governors on my way home Friday and she'd just come from a meeting with our senco who had been singing my praises and also to my face when I filled her in about everything this week.
I'm a bit cynical though and think they're keeping me sweet as what would they do if I left! Mind you if the anxiety gets really bad we might find out :rotfl:
Thanks for your concern Maman :AIts not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T
