  • morning all,

sorry I'm not always around at the moment we're in to the wedding home straight now as it's on sunday so had lots to do!

I still made it to a weigh in yesterday (even though OH wasn't impressed that I made it a priority over getting tea done before the rehearsal!) and i'm chuffed to report I am -2.5lb and finally got my club 10! now to keep up the good work whilst allowing myself some flexibility for this week before I head off on our familymoon a week tomorrow!

Well done lls. Good you prioritised your WI and got your Club 10.

Have a great day on Sunday and enjoy your familymoon.

  • Thanks maman, I agree that they're not really worth it but think I may have finally cracked it on my own. I'm actually having at least half the plate as speed and hoping for the best!

Bet you're feeling better after only a small gain beanie, and as already said, you can easily lose that!

Wishing you all the best lushlifesaver, hope you have a fantastic day!

So glad it's Friday. Despite only being in the office for 2.5 days this week, it's gone so slowly. Going out for dinner tonight to Prezzo - MIL gave us a voucher for a free 3 course meal and glass of wine and it would be rude to waste it. It's a set menu so no idea what's going to be on offer but shall try to stick to plan as much as possible. Rest of the menu looks like this:

B - Strawberries, blueberries, tub of vanilla quark
L - Salmon, broccoli, mange tout
    D - Prezzo

Hoping that I'm not going to need any snacks, and I'm saving my HEB and HEA for dinner as I have no idea what I'm going to eat, so will adjust accordingly later on. Also finished my second week of my workout programme yesterday so feeling good about that as I can see a difference (I think!)

Hope everyone else is having a good Friday. I'm going back to bury my head in spreadsheets.

  • Happy Friday everyone xx

Had weigh in last night and I lost 1.5lbs it wasn't what I'd hoped for but hey ho there's always next week. So I need with what to have on a Saturday night for tea, it used to be a sandwich or baguette, something which didn't take much time or effort but now I'm totally stuck on what to do!?!

Delighted for you beanie, that's a very small gain. Hope you feel better and get back on plan very soon.

Enjoy your meal ruby. You deserve a treat after all the work hassle in recent weeks. Is it resolved now?

1.5 lbs. is a good, average weekly loss raven, don't be disappointed.:)

I try and do some sort of pub/take away type meal on Saturdays as before SW we'd have a curry or a Chinese. So now I do something like burger and chips or pulled pork (not made my own yet:o) or gammon. If you'd be happy with a sandwich then it would be worth saving your HEB and synning an extra slice or some people count a wholemeal wrap as a HEB (unofficially). What matters is you need to fit it into your lifestyle and if having an easy tea on a Saturday involving bread is what you want then save syns for it.:)

I've yet to do my meal plan for the coming week although it won't take long because I'm out for at least 4 meals:eek:. All the more reason to stick well to plan on the days when I am in control. I've had my SW breakfast (2 boiled eggs and half a HEB of toast) so will catch up later when this evening's decided.
