Hello all - went to a different group today so I could weigh in early as I'm taking a long weekend for my birthday (Halloween) which does not include getting up on Saturday morning to get weighed in...so reporting in with a STS - which is ok I guess as I'm weighing in a couple of days early...clearly must do better for the next challenge..may have to dump the booze for a while... we'll see lol
Well done to Orlao for getting to target..all you losers congrats and hang in there for the rest of us lol0 -
:T to candy and midge on your losses.
Good luck at WI tonight lush, you do seem to have a had a good week so here's hoping:).
Happy Birthday when it comes gfb.
Sorry to hear about the shortbread lapse ruby. Looking at your menu you're back on plan today:).
I've been out for lunch today with a group of friends I don't see often. They're in the habit of having things like fancy (focaccia) sandwiches but almost everyone has to drive to the country pub so no alcohol syns involved. I asked if they did something that didn't involve bread and they did me wraps made of smoked salmon filled with prawns on a bed of leaves with just half a slice of brown bread. So a few syns in Marie Rose sauce and about 3 syns worth of bread so not too bad at all.
Today's EE menu:
B: NAS grapefruit, kippers (discovered Aldi's are free:D) with HEB bread
L: as aboveBGTY burger, SW chips, tomato, fried onions, mushrooms, asparagus
Syns: 2 for spread, 6? for lunch, 1 for burger
No plans to eat out again until next Thursday so should be fine to stay in target range.:)0 -

Just realised I haven't been on today!
I was really pleased that I lost a lb today as really didn't think I'd get a loss at all, and maybe even a gain!
Today's menu was:
B - fruit after WI
L - smoked salmon souffle; salad - another recipe from the Free Foods Feasts. The recipe is actually for smoked trout but couldn't get any so used a smoked salmon fillet
D - Baked cod, SW chips, peas & green beans
HEA - milk
HEB - 1 Alpen Light; 1 slice of toast
Syns - 3 squares of dark chocolate 3 syns (was going to have 4 but DH pinched one square and I couldn't be bothered to go to the fridge to get more!) 1 extra light Laughing Cow on my toast 1 syn

:T That's great beanie .
Well done on your loss denise . I know exactly what you mean about not expecting a loss. It's a great feeling when it turns out for the best.
I had some chocolate too. I just fancied some so had about 3 syns of ginger. At least I'm out of a nightly habit.0 -
Soooo... I think getting the last lb ain't gonna happen for me this week. This evening I went to the pub, had a kopparberg.. Then half of my friends kopparberg. Then chicken fried rice and 2 poppadoms from the Chinese. Oh for goodness sake. Will only have a few Syns a day until next weigh in.
In my defence, it was my 25th birthday! Lol xx0 -
Well done, candyapple, beanie (wow), Denise and Midge.
