Some great losses again :T:T
Thanks for the info on the mince at Iceland - I have to pop for some chicken later so I may pick some up as that's a good price! We have a warehouse too, it's brilliant!
I always add less liquid to the SW recipes as they are watery, even the ready meals if they come with a sauce are too watery, I'm not sure anyone does test them!We had the chicken tikka on Saturday and I had to let it cook for ages..
Managed to have a fair few days on plan so far, which is a bonus for me, hoping to only have a small gain on Thursday after my long weekend of being off plan..
Menu for today
B - yogurt, apple, pineapple, granola (3)
L - salad, pineapple, beetroot, red slaw, pecans, cheese (hea) BNS
T - cottage pie (if I can get some mince) carrots, broccoli, gravy (1) / toad in the hole if not - Pinch of Nom's recipe
S - crisps (3.5) satsumas
I'm counting my syns for the week (Monday-Monday) this week and I'm at breakeven at the minute. Hopefully today will bring me under so I can have a treat on Thursday!

If the wine pots are syn free could using them AND half the usual amount of red wine give the same taste or half the syns ? Just a thought.I Would Rather Climb A Mountain Than Crawl Into A Hole

Hi all
Thanks for th chart Shala and well done Tweets for SOTW. :T
Well done to all those reporting in with a loss, everyone's doing very well.
The weather is completely different today (why didn't I do my washing yesterday?), it's overcast and much cooler.
I hardly ever eat cereals but decided to have overnight oats this morning - the extra 5g of oats makes a big difference, it made a big bowlful.
I'm also trying to use up food from the freezer, so tonight we're having mackerel that were caught by one of our customers and given to us. I've also got some left over mash and cabbage and I'm not sure whether to make some fish cakes or have bubble n squeak with it. I've still got the bag of stewing steak that needs to be used and I'm liking the sound of a red wine casserole.
Have a good day everyone.

Congrats, tweets, for SOTW.
Good result, rj.
You are a wise woman, maman. I probably will dispose of freezer naughties to family (or bin, if they are not interested), otherwise it will NEVER get emptied. I do have apples, rhubarb and other fruit in there too. I think I can use some as hexb – is that right? Enjoy the match.
I like that idea of cottage cheese as salad dressing, lush. Thanks for the heads up re Iceland mince; it’s typical that I’m clearing out the freezer just now.
It’s warmer here than it was yesterday, beanie. That’s because it’s tipping it down!
Pre Breakfast: banana
Breakfast: hexb Oat Crisp, splash milk (60ml to be exact )
Lunch: baked potato, tuna mayo (1), syboes, tomatoes, cucumber, 2 big plums
Snack: cinnamon & raisin breakfast biscuit (8 – eek!)
Dinner: chicken drumsticks (left skin), corn on the cob, peas, southern fried potato wedges (bought  – I had asked DH to get some potatoes and he brought these “to make it easier for me because I was busy with the costumes”) – syns off the wall
Snack: balance of hexa cheese, some kind of fruit
Total syns: 1 zillion and 9

Hi everyone
Reporting a lovely 1lb loss this week, so pleased with this after 2 gains & STS's
Well done to the losers this week, tweets for SOTW and orlao on reaching target :T:T:T
I've been quiet this week as I felt all demotivated and tbh wasn't 100% on plan, had star week and crazy hormones to contend withbut hopefully back in the zone now. Have an online shop coming tomorrow with lots of speed food and a LiveLean meat delivery, so no excuses.
Hope everybody's well0 -
