  • I will do. Thank you Beamerguy. These guys take up far too much time and worry!
  • I have now received a letter back from the SRA who are now looking closely at the matter and the information they hold on BW Legal, and will contact me again. At last!

You've given the OP over there good advice PG - hope they will follow it. If BWL are adopting a blizzard approach to sending out these letters, then the SRA should also get caught up in the [STRIKE]!!!!!![/STRIKE]snowstorm.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

  • Hi guys, just a quick question, apparently at home I have received something that needs signing for which is at the local delivery office. I'm worried this may be something else from BW as its almost at court stage. I won't be home for another week. Would they normally send a court letter recorded delivery or in a big envelope that won't go through the letter box?

There's no track record yet of any BWL case getting to the point of issuing real court papers AFAIA, but you would first receive a letter from Northampton County Court before receiving anything sizeable from BWL - and the court letter would definitely fit through your letterbox.

Go down to the sorting office and pick it up. If it is anything to do with BWL you need to be knowing what it is, sooner, rather than later.

Maybe they've sent you a box of chocolates! :rotfl:

I very much doubt that it would be BWL, this method of posting if they do it to everyone would be costly and as BWL like us don't yet know if they are being around much longer, it is highly unlikely.

  • Ah thank you for your responses. Hopefully it is that box of chocolates and a bunch of flowers to say sorry!! 😂😂😂
