You sound like a total nightmare.

I doubt they're playing every night, religiously from 7-8pm. Winter will be approaching soon, it's dark at 9pm now, it'll not be long before it's dark at 7pm. Doubt they'll be out playing then.

Yes I have read the council environmental protection data information
I can lay my case on this basis

Could you post a link to the information?

And again, is there a restrictive covenant prohibiting ball games on private property?

I very much doubt your maid creates vacuums, unless they have an unhealthy obsession with bell jars containing alarm clocks.

I would like to complain about our neighbour who are playing basket ball games every evening from 7:00pm till 8:00pm

It is the noise of the ball banging on the floor which is giving me migraine
I tried to close the doors and windows in hot summer season but the noise is constantly causing vibration to our new built property.

Yesterday after three weeks of suffering due to this noise I went and told the neighbour who has been playing, but they told me it is their property and they will continue playing. They also told me that call
The police as they are not scared of the law and order.

This ball game is played by adults

it is affecting our peace and health.
We are not able to enjoy our house environment as have to close all the doors and windows due to this noise

please could someone from the MSE forum advise me what to do about this noise
I am also going to inform the council

Just make 4am to 5am AC/DC time! Problem solved, they will either cop themselves on or kill you.

I hope you never have to deal with a neighbour with legitimate cause for noise complaint.

Given the usual problems environmental protection will have to deal with I suspect they will dismiss your case pronto.
