    The shoe sizing is always a mystery for me,
    I wear a uk 8 but some charts say it is europe 41 ,42 and even 43,

    from experience the only ones that fit me are 42 so Im of the belief that 41 is either 7 or 7.5,
    this could be why the footwear appears to be the wrong size.
    Always best to look for the Japanese size equivalent, if they have them. Measured in cm so should always be the same regardless of make.
