Try here:

on the "find a person" tab to see if you can get the house number.0 -

If you can find some phone numbers, phone and confirm the name, and say you have been sent a cheque for £10 for them by error, and can they confirm the address.
Might work.
Or someone on here will be able to help.Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')

No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -
Thanks. She's not on the bt search site. Don't really know what to do now?0

I received the goods last Friday at 7pm. By 7.10pm I had messaged her informing her that all items were too small and not true to size. Her Facebook page is "xxxxxx Selling Page"so would that Be a business or not? She has loads of items for sale. Mainly copies of designer items!
What did you expect when buying from a seller of fake goods?
You have every right to pursue this through small claims, but I'm not convinced a judge would be sympathetic to someone knowingly buying fakes.0 -
I haven't bought any fake goods. They are non branded trainers and girls shorts and top sets. No named goods!0

The shoe sizing is always a mystery for me,
I wear a uk 8 but some charts say it is europe 41 ,42 and even 43,
from experience the only ones that fit me are 42 so Im of the belief that 41 is either 7 or 7.5,
this could be why the footwear appears to be the wrong size.0 -

Even though you haven't purchased any fake goods, the seller in question may well be acting illegally as you stated that they sell "Mainly copies of designer items!".
If these are copies of registered designs then it's highly unlikely that the seller will want to give out her full address just in case she gets a visit from Trading Standards.
If the seller is breaking the law by selling copies of designer goods, it's highly likely that she wouldn't be too worried about braking a few other laws when it comes to consumer rights.0 -
Can you suggest what I could do to get my money back?0

As she doesnt seem willing to follow the law, you still need her address, so need to do more investigating.
If you have a name and partial address, then how many houses does that narrow it down to? Do you have a post code, as that could narrow it down.
Do you know any of this persons's facebook friends that might know her address?
It depends how much effort you want to put into tracking her address down.
You could pretend to exchange them, then get the courier to turn up, say you have left them at your mum's house, but if they give you the address you will post them back.
Or as above but get a friend to order something then get the courier to wait whilst she tries them...
Be creative!Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
