The photo of babies room makes it look like a box room, why not put the babies stuff in the box room and show that the second bedroom can be used as a bedroom.
Good idea, we did have a double bed in there before. But practically, we're battling to get the baby to sleep at all at the moment, moving his bedroom probably won't help that.0 -
Well...the second bedroom looks pretty small, I can't see how a double bed or even a single bed and wardrobe could comfortably fit in. Is it really so small or is the photo just taken from a bad angle?Thank you all, please all be super critical!! I won't take it personally, just want to make the house look as attractive as possible.
The description says the master bedroom is 8ft by 14ft but it doesn't look anywhere near as big, again I'm thinking bad photography. The bathroom looks painfully small too!
The kitchen and bathroom are modern-ish but still a bit dated and not a look that many people would choose now, does the price reflect the cost of getting them redone?
Mostly though I think the photos are just really bad.0 -
Why does the ad say Dundry when it's in Bishopsworth?0

A double and bedroom furniture? From the measurements given it doesn't look like it would fit. It looks like a single and bedroom furniture would be a struggle, if you want to sell you need to show it can actually be used as a bedroom.
I would also be tempted to paint the living room, it may be a bad photo but the painted walls look rather green, a standard cream will go much better with brown wall paper.0 -
The house looks good internally - other than the aforementioned boiler which really does leap out as "odd" (strange height too, as well as looking unsightly).
But I have to say that externally it doesn't grab me at all. It all looks a bit neglected / tired / shabby front and back - which is ironic as from Streetview you (and your neighbour) have obviously spent money on the driveway.
Actually, despite the drive looking shabby in their pictures and the bins being out, the Streetview shots of the house look better than your estate agents one.
It is the first picture you see, the one that is click-bait to get the punters to look at the rest of the house, and it manages to give the impression its some pokey in-the-corner plot that's been completely paved over - to the extent I was looking in the wrong place to start with and had a job identifying which house was yours on Streetview !
Get a few nice bright flowers out the front and get the estate agent to take a picture standing on the other side of the road !0 -

EA thought it was a good idea, I'm not convinced....0 -

A double and a chest of drawers.
So thats going to show people that its far too small to be used as a double as you can't fit bedroom furniture, I assume in this set up only one person can use the bed without having to climb over someone else? So it would be better to dress as a single with drawers and wardrobe. I have used boxes to make a pretend single bed for photos before.0 -
Nice house, good price. But I was INSTANTLY put off by the boiler.:A:dance:1+1+1=1:dance::A

The 'garden' picture is poor. It just looks like a load of concrete and a not very attractive shed. A garden can be a selling point and instantly I am put off by that but....... if I look long enough at the photo I see there is some grass!! That should be what your photo is of. Get rid of all the toys and get some pot plants if there are no actual shrubs.0
