A house on our street has the boiler in the main bedroom

That was actually not an uncommon location in times past.

Thank you all, please all be super critical!! I won't take it personally, just want to make the house look as attractive as possible.
  • The fact that the kitchen doesn't appear to have any windows to the outside, just on to the conservatory with it's boiler would put me off.
If you go down to the woods today you better not go alone.

August can be a very quiet month:

It looks quite nice, my complaints photo wise

The thing blocking the living room window needs moving, whats that thing butted up against the sofa?

The babies room looks very dark, the boiler in the dining room really does look awful. Personally I wouldn't view based on this as I know I need to move the boiler.

It has three bedrooms, yet I'm only seeing two.

Did a person of around two feet tall take the photo of the bathroom?

Does the kitchen not have a window?

The description is wrong also, it says there is a conservatory and two reception rooms, when there are in fact one reception room and a conservatory.

There are also absolutely loads of three bed semis within one mile of your property, many seem larger and are going for around £180-£200k.

Third bedroom is a box room. Second reception room is the conservatory.
  • Time of year + boiler + possibly a scruffyish looking garden.

Box the boiler in, couple of plants in pots to break up the picture a bit, reshoot the pics, wait for September.

It should sell, it looks tidy and well presented, boiler and garden aside

You can't really say 2 reception rooms and conservatory it's a bit misleading

Thank you, I hadn't actually noticed that mistake in the advert until it was pointed out here.

The photo of babies room makes it look like a box room, why not put the babies stuff in the box room and show that the second bedroom can be used as a bedroom.
