    not forgotten at all, i am not negotiating with her. I just don't see what ignoring someone happy to drag it out will gain - she will use it as an excuse for this process to take even longer (like her up coming holiday)

    If it's with the DPS she doesn't get to dictate any timescales.

    Each time you reply to an email it is you who is dragging it out, not her.
