    I have been out done the shopping in Her Al's and Herr Lid's stores, and The Wading bird shop. Start work 12.00 end at 9.30. Still no rota past next Friday.

    I wouldn't be surprised to find they are using an agency to do their wages so probably do everything in house & have several (I've forgotten how many) days to actually notify HMRC.  Those that do their own often just do them & press send, to both HMRC & their bank.  I do hope they don't still keep you waiting.

    They stopped making them when I was a child due to the risk of breakage (they can make you very ill). It’s typically coloured alcohol these days, although my parents still have their mercury ones.
