Not sure I want to be a 'GEEK'

It was bad enough being called a 'maverick' especially when you have to live with the label of 'NERD', but now I see that I've been 're-classified' as a 'Geek'
Now I'm sure that there must be some logical explanation behind this move, so just to ensure that I don't depart this mortal toil a 'complete idiot'

Could somebody, PLEASE, tell me what's going on?

I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.

Hi folks
Check out the link at the lower right hand side of the page. Martin is doing a guide on mental health and debt.... and several of the comments about it were about the labels that are given to posters at the different stages. He's taken them on board immediately, from the look of things.2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -

I suppose there are worse ways to start the day - but being called a 'GEEK' certainly isn't MY favourite start to the day, either.

Thanks Karma, just read the blog, so I understand why Martin is doing it..... but is being called a geek or a nerd really any better than being called a Mad Maverick, or completely bonkers? Perhaps the guys from the 'Towers' could explain a little more?
