If I paid 31 pounds each day to the CC it would be paid off by Christmas day.
*ponders this*
Currently it stands at 3740, I could pay off 25 pounds a day, to get it to 2990...
hmm.

Are you taking anything for the depression (I can't recall) but if you are then I'd assume an op drugs would have messed with levels slightly. If you're not taking anything then why not?
Sounds like a hideous issue with your teeth - I had a lot of teeth out when I was younger supposedly for orthodontic work but it turns out in adult life that I didn't need them out and the dentist in question was known for taking teeth out for the money.
As for paying the debt off by Christmas - is there anyway you can up your income in anyway to make this cost neutral - maybe a good clear out and selling session, tutoring etc?
As for your budgeting for expenses - do you really need 2 new outfits for parties? You must have something suitable? Maybe challenge yourself to find something via ebay/charity shops if you do need to buy? Absolutely fuming as sister is round.
UGH.
Any how, party wise good point. I think I get away with my normalish clothes after looking at the event again today but the other one is a fancy dress party. Ebay time.
After KMing the wardrobe I have virtually nothing fancy, one dress and a summer dress.

The shed is up
That is VERY good.
I tried on my Next Order.
I am officially a size 18. that is actually terrible and really knocked my confidence.
you see for AGES I have been a size 16 at M and S and not really set too much store other shops, George I vary but always felt they might skimp with their material (tho for the record, I LOVE their clothes. Really good quality) However at Next I figured I would order an 18 as I would never fit in to a 16, so have 2 jackets and a skirt. Then I started on the M and S order.........nothing fitted. The WHOLE lot is going back!
I always used M and S as my reliable indicator. Sooooooooo it is official.
I am a proper full size 18.
I just do feel like sobbing and sobbing.
Up to a 16 I was a good shape. Over weight certainly, enjoyed my food, always hungry (and no, I am not mistaking hunger for thirst) and curvy but now there is a definite change. I have a massive tummy. The Next skirt looks alright but it isn't flattering exactly. Looks ok with the Jacket.Nevertheless she persisted.0 -
I know why this state of affairs has come about. I haven't exercised regularly in about a year. Even before I broke my ankle I wasn't doing great. And then I didn't move for about 3 months. And haven't moved properly ever since.
Hmmmm. Need to sort ankle and start walking the dogs again. (Mum walks them and I will walk them separately but two at once is tricky)
Yoga daily - has helped with my back a bit I must say. maybe fasting?...........I cannot bear slimming world, weight watchers. I think I need more veg, more fruit, I also need fewer nights in front of the tv.
I shall go research.Nevertheless she persisted.0 -
My couch to 5k starts on 12 sept. I'm lucky in that it's a free programme that operates throughout belfast and culminates in the 5k park run after ten weeks. Why not research that and start at the same time as me and my friend and we can track our progress.Mortgage at 01.01.14 £119,481.83:eek: today £0 Emergency fund £5.5/5.5k & £200/200 cash.:jWeight 24/02/19 14st 7lb now 12st determined to stop defining myself by my mistakes. I have heard some customers saying that M&S sizes have changed recently. They're needing to buy bigger sizes these days as they seem to be made smaller. My colleague got some jeans and needed to go 2 sizes bigger than usual. I think they are looking into this and sorting it out.

I have had a lot of weight loss success with an app called MyFitnessPal, you can monitor the calories you eat each day on it. It really helped me see what and how much I was eating and made me stick to a sensible amount of calories.Debt Free Stage 1 - Completed 27/08/2020
