morrys had dads coffee on almost half price so stocked him up for the next couple of months, I'm sure he goes throo 2 big jars a month, I think he must eat it straight from the jar
I shouldn't need to shop until at least Thursday, maybe bread. ive lost the distructions at the mo for my bread maker so that's on my list to find.

Yesterday turned into a spend day for me, had to haul to Tescos last night to get my little lad some medicine, but it worked so glad of that, as we have a family 5k today!

  • Hi there. It's our first time doing this so please put us down for £140 which is just for the two of us. I've rounded up and gone on the generous side since its our first go. Already done once shop this week which was £24 for the week which is pretty average for us. I plan on running the freezer down to defrost it soon so I'm not too sure how that will affect things.
    Thanks!

A bit of grin and bear it, a bit of come and share it
You're welcome we can spare it, yellow socks
  • Managed a NSD yesterday, but DS2 wanted to return a pair of faulty headphones today so ended up in Mr T again - got off lightly with just £3.25 on some bits we needed, then while out I got shampoo (needed as almost out) in B@@ts on a 3 for 2 offer, which after using a Lovetoshop voucher cost me £4.98 in hard cash. Off to update sig and plan to spend ZERO tomorrow before the hell that is school shoe shopping on Tuesday..... lol x

    Budgets looking like this:
    groceries - £173 left of £200
    Petrol £25 left of £25
    Clothes £30 left of £30
    Fun - £138 left of £160
    Misc £72 left of 100

Shop done yesterday for this week, spend now at £95.89. Feeling pleased, definitely would normally have spent more than that by now!

ETA plus £1.50 for husbands rolls for the week.
