    Hi AJ

How are your feeling now your move is getting closer? Are you feeling any better about it?

We have done a lot of sorting in the house which is helping a little but only time will tell. I know it will take a lot of adapting for both of us and I need to spend time making my own social network so will see.

So far I haven't spent any of my own money so far this month so haven't needed to write anything down :D

Time to myself for the first time in 3 weeks and I don't know what to do. I really need to get a hobby or something for when I move back in 4 weeks!

I am just leaving this here as a reminder for me

"fix the problem instead of managing the symptoms"

currently suffering a little from anxiety or panic, not sure which, if I'm honest I probably have been for quite a while (at least a year) and used to use exercise to help control it and escape from it. Maybe I need to look at this a different way hence the quote above!

I have moved a lot of my stuff home now, 2 more return trips before I am back permanently at the end of the month...and I am struggling to find space for things, especially clothes  luckily I don't have much more to bring back but I think I might have to be ruthless. Depending on the weekend's plans I think I may need to do some more sorting out.

Today I set myself 2 goals, go for a run and make some scones and I have achieved both :j
I have sought help to deal with all the changes going on in my life and to try and help me move forward. It is a much slower process than I thought it would be and I am sure things will get worse before they get better but at least I have made the first steps.

Off to start expanding my own social network today by volunteering at my local parkrun.
Today's jobs, sort out my baking cupboards and go for a walk whatever the weather. I still need to sort out $ky so I will put some effort into that too.

  • I find my social network has dwindled to very little... I have 2 friends I see out of work these days... and that's few and far between... I know I need to catch up with a couple of others... but then they could catch up with me too !!!8230; anyhow good luck with settling back home :)
