Hope you are okay. Swimming and applied psychology sounds good though. I have to apply my learning to real life examples for it to stick tooAchieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

I haven't swum as much, I am really struggling to get my head under for a decent swim which is putting me off going. I went to watch some people swimming yesterday so I could meet for a chat afterwards. Ironically I steered the conversation to psychology at one point as everyone seemed to be talking about forgetting things and I just happen to be studying about memory! I did apologise to my friends and told them to shut me up if it gets annoying but it led to some great conversations. I will be doing a bit more studying again later, I am finding it quite enlightening.I started reading Be Your Own Life Coach last night, I intend to work through it in the way she suggests as I really need this right now. At the end of it I will be able to see if I still need to seek out help directly but I am hopeful this will help me. I have had a tough few days but I remain optimistic that it will get easier.MFW 2025 No. 7 £1130/£1200

I have set some tasks for this morning, it is focused on things I have put been putting off that are not work related. I will also be doing some psychology work and a walk but they are daily tasks for me.MFW 2025 No. 7 £1130/£1200

Yesterday was focused on me, today I have some work things to achieve before the weekend. The weather forecast looks ok for the weekend so I am planning on spending the time in the garden again but this time the focus is on the front. It is fairly low maintenance but there are some things that need cutting back to allow growth and there are a couple of projects I have in mind for there this year so it will give me time to see what space there is and if they are possible.I hope everyone is ok.MFW 2025 No. 7 £1130/£1200

Sounds like your garden is coming along. I am doing fine thanks. I did a virtual Tony Robbins course recently - he's someone else you might want to look up on YouTube.Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

Does anyone know how to report phone numbers? I just answered a call to an automated message claiming to be from the Bank of £ngland saying they were going to terminate my national insurance number due to fraudulent use unless I hit a certain number, obviously I didn't! I know how to report texts to my mobile phone provider but trying to find out how to report phone calls I am not so sure. I was sure Martin put something out at some point but I don't remember what. I hope they crawl back under the hole they came from.

You can make a complaint and report it to the Phone-paid Services Authority (PSA), the UK regulator for phone bills, by calling them on 0300 303 0020, or by visiting the PSA website.
