Your excitement at moving is making me more determined to get my income up to save for a house deposit. The way things are at the moment, we won't be moving until our children put us in a care home...
I need to look at my goals again too - EssexH suggested it on my diary and I haven't as yet as I'm afraid I haven't reached many of them. I will take responsibility and do it after my cup of coffee...0 -

I'm sure you can do it hun, as for the goals, after reading EH's comment on your post, that bumped me in to having a look again. It does help, and I'm nowhere near to any of the ones I posted at the beginning of the year but it as spurred me on to try again. xx0 -
Afternoon,
Structural survey taking place at home today, fingers crossed that everything goes ok.
Buyers solicitors have come back and said that they will aim for completion on the 10th April but can't guarantee (I think they're waiting to see what the structural survey says). Female half of the buyers is a teacher, so my thinking is that Easter hols would be ideal for them.
Didn't make my lunch today so had a pot noodle for £1, money out of my allowance.
Nothing much else to report.0 -
Somebody up there loves us! Structural surveyor found damp.....under the stairs only
he must've looked at DD's room and thought 'I'm not going to attempt going in there!'
Few queries received from the buyers solicitors but nothing major.
Buyers solicitors also replied that they'll do their best to get completion on the 10th April but can't guarantee. Must be waiting for the results of the survey and searches before they commit.0 -

Morning,
Soooo tired this morning, looking forward to the weekend.
DD came home from Guides with a note to say that next week she's making her promise :T she'll be a fully fledged Guide when we move :j
Busy evening this evening, DS's Options evening and DD's Parents evening, won't be home until at least 8pm.
Paperwork regarding housey stuff, signed. DH going to get witnessed and sent off today.
Lunch made today and snacky bits for work, I think once I get into the momentum of it, it'll be ok. Saves us money in the long run.0
