No idea why you have made this so hard. Umkomaas gave you the email to use which we KNOW gets these cancelled in days, even with no receipt from that day. Come on, get it cancelled this week.

PE sue people you know and this one is EASY, you are 'lucky' it's a Morrisons one. No-one told you to go into the store; the right complaint email addy was given back in post #7.

    Easy there! :)
I just noted that david.potts@morrisonsplc.co.uk is wrong email and david.potts-ceo@morrisonsplc.co.uk should be used instead. I got the wrong one from newbies thread, so please update it ;)

on the other news, yesterday I have received a call from Morrisons. They told me that they appealed the PCN and it will be canceled.

just need to get the confirmation in written now.

    Job done, almost.

Yep, sensible to get this in writing - but you need it from ParkingEye, not just Morrisons. Are you expecting anything in writing from M's?

If not, why not email the person you spoke with, thank them for their time in helping you and ask that they just confirm your understanding of the conversation you've just had with them - set it out as you recall it. They can easily respond to the email without too much trouble by saying 'Yes, that's what we agreed' (or similar). You're more likely to get a response that way than by writing to/phoning them and asking them to confirm by letter.

PE are usually efficient in confirming cancellation, by letter - in about 7 to 10 days, but it has been known for stores to forget to inform them and PE have ploughed on with a full-blown small claim. Also PE must be getting mighty dissed off with M's cancellations, which are becoming two-a-penny and you never know when they might just decide to ignore any more of their principal's instructions.

If you've heard nothing from PE in the above timescale, come back.
