yes, I am waiting for anything from PE.
Morrisons had to send me the confirmation of the conversation on email but I haven't received it yet. but it is not that important imho, as just the PE letter is all I need. Ms mentioned that it should take up to a week to receive it.
However, this note of cancellation should reach either my employer, me or ALD (lease company).
well, fingers crossed nowI own an EV. AMA0 -
Don't go to sleep on this as it has the potential to bite you. Keep on top of it - there are a more than normal number of variables, given that you don't know who's going to get the response - you, your employer or the lease company, whether it's a letter from M's and/or one from PE.
Not the best situation to feel any sense of control, in my view. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Having read your readers' sage advice regarding getting a "parking fine" at Morrisons.....I sent an email to David Potts 3 days ago as my company received a "final" demand (never received any paperwork before this) demanding £90 for overstaying my welcome in May in my company car. I received an email this morning from a Paul Thorpe, on behalf of the CEO of Morrisons apologising and saying they would cancel it. Thanks for giving me heads up to follow it up and ensure that Euro Car Parks have actually cancelled it rather than assume it's done.0

I think M's are totally fed up with the PPC networks and I'm sure that once contracts expire (early termination penalty clauses are eyewateringly punitive), M's might be the first supermarket to be totally PPC-free.
There really is no resistance from M's when faced with a 'customer' complaint - even from fly parkers. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
