UU - Mini gym conditioner - will keep bottle as I can refill from larger one :)
UU - V05 heat protection and shine spray, I use to think I loved this product until I started to pay attention to if they worked etc by joining this thread, I've disco vered that it really doesn't add shine to my hair at all and I've better heat protection sprays - and the only reason I thought I loved it was the smell, so will not be buying gain!

that's 6 used up in a matter of weeks :) And no ins :)

  • Hi all,
    Few more UUs.
    10. Nivea Daily Essentials 3in1 Gentle Cleansing Wipes WNBA. I like the smell and they are quite gentle but they're way too thin.
    11. Charles Worthington Strength and Repair Longer Stronger Hair Masque. WMBA. I liked this but the 160ml pot only lasted 3 uses on my long hair. WBA on offer but not full price.
    12. Primark Lavender and Sweet Pea Candle. WDBA if they still do it but Primark don't keep the scents for long so that might be it unfortunately.

And one little IN. I got a Fizzbanger Bath Bomb from Lush while I was out with my niece. Must get back to having longer baths so I can use some bombs up. I've only been having showers and quick dips since it's been hot.

    Hope everyone's doing ok! :)
  • in one dove roll on deodarant. i know that i have at least 10 in storage but can i find them- no not a hope.

bought nothing else with cosmetics but put the cash into a new work skirt. It is really nice and grabbed it before it will sell out.
i have to really focus on saving for the next few months as i want to buy a house and need more of a deposit, well, want more money to go into bricks and mortar. i have enough makeup to plaster a few walls, i need to pay for the real plasterers!

Gemma- not very fair of her to suddenly turn on you like that :-/ if you were near me we would happily let you use ours. Its not your fault you cant use yours, gosh some people are so very strange :-/

I have some uus to report:

Lush prince shaving cream sample- WBA as full size - this did the job well, smelled pleasant and left my legs feeling soft. Might get this when ive used my many pots of d'fluff up.

Lush plum rain shower gel sample- WBA as full size, and already have done. This is lovely, very fruity and fresh and is a nice consistency and lathers up well.

Lush dragons egg bath bomb- WBA and have another in stash. Nice scent. Not so keen on the (is it rice paper?) soggy mushy bits in the water but i can live with that.

Lush which came first bath bomb- WBA and have more in stash. Not cheap but its 2 bombs in 1 (although im greedy and used the lot!) the water was a pretty pinky orangey colour and this had a lovely scent.

Dove original deodorant spray mini- WBA lovely scent and did the job well. I love the original dove smell - so clean and fresh.

And some GAs to friends to report too, which i shall count as uus as they have left the stash:

2 x lush snowcake shower gel
    Lush ultraviolet bubble bar
    Lush golden egg bath bomb
    Lush enchanter bath bomb
3 x mini bath bombs (don't know brand)
3 x lush amandopondo bath bomb
    Lush snow fairy dusting powder
    Lush ponche shower gel

    X 18 out of stash

And some ins as my lush order arrived today, and some other bits id bought:

    Lush snowcake shower gel
    Lush whoosh temple balm
Lush b never too busy to be beautiful shower gel
Lush yummy mummy body conditioner large pot

    X 4 in

Used up a shampoo, but still have loads of the conditioner left:(, I have quite fine hair (luckily lots of it), but have to use conditioner very sparingly or it gets weighed down.

385ml OGX Coconut Water shampoo 5/62

Now to declare my INs, as my Laura Geller set has arrived.

    Balance & Brighten Fair 1/58
Blush N Brighten Cherry Truffle 2/59
    Lipstick Chocolate Raspberry 3/60
Lip Gloss Caf! Au Lait 4/61
6 shade eyeshadow palette Mocha 5/62

The lipstick is a teeny bit dark, but I think it will be fine during the winter months, very happy with the other colours:D

Glad you like the TSV maddiemay. I'm waiting on the second drop from the Tarte TSV I bought on 1 June which contains the Energy Noir palette so will be adding to the eyeshadow and blush collection as it is. Am going to give my The Balm Nudetude palette to Emma to sell as I don't reach for it at all. The only reservation I had about the Laura Geller palette was protecting the colours from smudging into each other in the palette.

I had 2 INs yesterday. Wandered into my local Boots to look for Aftersun. Tge Clearance shelf was heaving. Picked up an Olay Regenerist eye roll on serum reduced to £5.99. Paid with AP. Also got Soap and Glory Scrub Your Nose in it for £4.50 because the box was battered. Am going to step up my exfoliation a little ready for the hols.

So some good news ladies - Emma has got her place at Newcastle Uni. Exciting times.

Still trying to sort out dry rot problem. After waiting a week for a recommended specialist to come out he has quoted me an extortionate sum and told me to shop around for other quotes "because I would". Don't think he wants the job at all and seemed put out when I asked him to still send me the written quote for me to see. Have 2 more coming out next week. It's going to be a big job lasting 4 days and we'll have to move out when they treat the stuff. We're planning to get it sorted when Emma's left for Uni because the house will be empty during the day then.

VALM - well done to Emma, she must be very pleased.

    I have some uu's

Le Soft Perfume in Lucky Bay - this is lovely and the scent lasts pretty well, it is a solid stick perfume, I bought quite a lot of these at 70% off but at full price they are not good value. I have another of this scent in the stash as it was a favourite.

Elemis Revitalise Me Shower Gel 50ml

L'oreal Colour Riche Nail Polish in You Are Worth It - 5ml - just a mini but still an achievement. This is a lovely grey colour, it did get thick and more fibrous towards the end and there is still about 1/5 of a bottle which I can't get out - I never can. Does anyone actually totally empty nail polish?

Ooh - I meant to say - no ins for me this month so far which is great. There is nothing I need except maybe nail polish remover but that should be fine till next month.

VALM - Love the look of this Tarte palette, don't know how I missed it, I guess I didn't fall in love with the first drop TSV.

I am fair skinned with an anaemic pallor:( grey hair too means I cannot wear the taupe/browns that make up the majority of colours in any palette:(:( I need greys, mauves, lilacs, pinks and creamy moonlight colours, otherwise I look like a corpse. It is expensive buying a palette just for a very few shades. It is made worse by the fact that I live in the country and cannot get to see many, if any, IRL. I tried some green in the mix from Bare Minerals palette yesterday and I was really pleased with the effect. Pay day today, so the Stila in the garden one may just be ordered later:rotfl:

I think at some stage I will have to cough up for a Z palette and try and be brave enough to depot all my favourites and GA the rest, bit worried about breaking them though as I have very stiff hands ATM.

Great news about Emma, but boo to the dry rot, disruptive and expensive I guess, hope you find some reasonable quotes before too long. Great bargains, out tiny Boots rarely has anything worth looking at (probably just as well).
