Gemzie, totally understand what you mean about legal costs. I work for a Solicitors firm though in Conveyancing. Our firm does not do employment law either so I couldn't ask for you nor am I aware whether Legal Aid is available. I just think it's worth seeking advice to ensure that your Employers have definitely got it wrong or whether they have found a clever loophole.
Repaintied my nails last night and am wearing Sephora by OPI Nonfat Soy Halfcaff. Perfect nude and discontinued of course.
Has anyone seen the new UD Naked matte palette? They sell UD at Manchester airport. I feel a little preflight treat coming on!Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

I have been desperately trying not to look, I am an urban decay addict and a lot of my matte shades have already hot pan (not that I have that many mattes). Plus there are a some of the more unusual shades in there as well. Does anyone know if this is permanent line or Limited ed?0 -

I wasn't that bothered until I saw a closer view of the colours last night (http://www.cosmopolitan.co.uk/beauty-hair/makeup/news/a45330/urban-decay-naked-ultimate-basics-palette/) and now it's really tempting :rotfl:
Oooh, I didn't know they sold UD at Manchester Airport, that's going to be too tempting next time I go through (in a week and a half!).
Edit: Aaaaaah, just found swatches! It won't be out for ages, so have time to dissuade myselfhttps://www.instagram.com/p/BJJAUB0gmNZ/?taken-by=budgetbeautyblog

I had heard September as possible release date, actually hoping it will be slightly later for UK0 -
UU - Eucerin Hyaluron Filler day cream - WBA if it was on offer. It is £10 more than a lot of nice Avene and La Roche-Posay creams so would not pay full price.
TA - Lancome Gloss in Love lip gloss. This was a GWP and I hated it. The wand is a stupid shape and it has little bits of glitter in it. Why?! Sheen I can understand, but glitter? I couldn't wear glitter when I was young because it seemed to highlight my acne and I can't wear it now because it seems to highlight any fine lines and dry patches. There was probably a couple of weeks when I was 27 when I could have got away with it.0 -

I am practically an UD Novice as I only own the Naked one palette (donated to me by my daughter), the Gwen Stefani blush palette and a set of travel sized 24/7 Glide on eye pencils. Love all of these. I do own the Lorac Pro Matte palette but these look so lovely don't they?
You mentioning pannage reminded me of last night. Emma had done her make up downstairs whilst watching TV and her make up bag was on the coffee table still. Had a browse through and found a Benefit pop set that I had been given years ago and subsequently given to Emma to use the Dallas and Hoola colours as I own Dallas and didn't like Hoola. I remarked on how it was amazing that there was still product left in it after all this time and MRM said "yes, you've hit pan on two of them" ... A proud moment for us hearing him speak "the lingo" :rotfl:

18 September ?? Rubbish. Won't be buying this at the airport then. Arrrgh! I think I bought Emma an UD concealer last time we flew. Let's hope the airport don't start sellingTwo Faced as I keep yearning for that Natural Eyes palette too.Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. The new aim is to see how many eye shadows I can finish before its released. If its limited ed, I'll have to get straight away as really want it. If its a permanent line I'll make myself wait.0 -

I like that planI think it's permanent based on the little information published so far, but you never know what UD will do!

Well done on educating MRM!
I've got a fair bit of UD
- Naked 2 palette
- Smoked palette (the original discontinued one, not Naked Smokey)
- Vice4 palette
- and a set of 15 eye pencils :rotfl: (special anniversary set)
Just realised I got the eyepencils back in 2011! They are still going strongI GA the black early, as it smudged too much for me, but I use all the others. I got it on sale though, about £30 - I think it was originally £60, which I wouldn't have paid. Loooooove UD eye makeup
