Don't worry, the browser's are starting to phase out flash in favour of html5 ( and they really, really, really mean it this time!) ;)

Well it can't be caused by Windows 10. Microsoft don't produce buggy software.

    Definitely bring back Windows XP!

Why is it that when Microsoft fiddle with something they make it worse!

I recently saw the most recent version of Office and hardly knew where to find anything.

Is it just me, but are designers out there changing things just to justify their existence?

XP was great because it was uncomplicated, ditto earlier versions of Word.

And so I now run a Linux system on my main computer.

    Where've you been?
You've only just realised this? :)

10am on the 30th of July in the UK.

I think your arithmetic is a little out. The countdown timer to which you link would seem to expire a minute before 11am BST.
This is logical because it will be midnight on 29 July in the most western time zone of the USA http://www.thetimenow.com/united_states/hawaii/honolulu

But will it mean an end to MS trying to foist it on us?

Be nice to go back to auto updates on all my Win 7 machines without having to manually check them for Win 10 'trojans'

If so, lovely, see you all in 2010 when W7 support ends, the PC are all old and I will probably be replacing with new systems running Windows 11...

What is this Windows 10? Why bother with Windows after all, when DOS does everything you need. Windows is just a fancy package for people who don't like looking at code.
