Let's face it, "Audrey" is either a spammer or an unregistered company rep, either way her post should be gone. Personally I'm taking the easy option and hitting the spam button.

I forgot about this thread. I DO belong to thetenantsvoice. I completely messed up here. I found so many posts unanswered on the tenants voice, that I wondered if the kind of problems all the tenants have would have a better response on this forum. I guess that I will just have to concentrate on my own problems, and stop trying to help others. I do find on the Tenants voice that the majority of problems posted, are already answered, if posters just read ALL the sections before posting. The Tenants voice is a FREE site - in case anyone thinks differently.

Most tenant's questions (and many landlord and agent ones too...) are also answered on other free sites - Shelter (very thorough, very comprehensive)
    http://england.shelter.org.uk
, Landlordzone (has tenant contributors & tenants asking questions, usually fairly answered.. )
    http://www.landlordzone.co.uk/forums/
    and e.g.
    http://www.landlordzone.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?75223-Help-with-non-protection-of-deposit
    and of course MSE.

For really detailed legal stuff there is Shelter legal, but whilst there is a free trial it's subscription service...

theartfullodger Thank-you, my own problems are now in the hands of Environmental Health. I didn't know about the Shelter legal. That is VERY useful to know. As for the Landlord zone - I make no comment. I have read some of the posts, landlord to landlord- Mmm.
It was my VERY BIG mistake, being a newbie, not to be MORE careful how I word threads. I am still learning!!! The best place for me is in the Arms - forgetting my problems, and just having a laugh.
