hello:hello:
right remember last week when i said i'd sent away for a new card as mine was getting old and the man cacelled the old one and i wouldn't be able to use it again but i forgot and used £15 worth of points leaving £78 odd on it.
well got my new one this morn, popped to boots and the full £92 odd is still on it  but i can still use my old one with th £78odd on it too!
so this is the question do i use is or not ???? do you think i'll get into trouble if i use the points off the old one then chuck it (it would really help to buy xmas prezzies!)
and still keep the new one with £92odd points onI heart The Capital0 -
Depends on how you view theft/fraud really
An accident is one thing, using loop holes to get good deals is cool, but to knowingly do this... Not sure if I'd be too comfortable doing so, or with the potential consequencesApril Grocery Challenge £81/£1200 -
If you did decide to use it, I would make sure you don't use a debit/credit card to pay, as they track all your purchases made when using your advantage card. They wrote to me recently about the polly pocket recall as they could see I had bought one last year.0

Think she would be using the points of the card to pay.
JimsMum I think you would probably be able to use it and get away with it. May not though!
However, this is a moral dilemma. What you would be doing would be fraud/theft and so you need to ask yourself if you could live with yourself? If you would always feel badly and guilty then not worth it is it. Especially at Christmas time.
Obviously you are having a good think about this and I think you are wise to do that.:j Trytryagain FLYLADY - SAYE £700 each month Premium Bonds £713 Mortgage Was £100,000@20/6/08 now zilch 21/4/15:beer: WTL - 52 (I'll do it 4 MUM)0 -
