    I started late July. I haven't been getting my £5. Phoned up and got an adjustment for one month, with more to follow.

    Letter with new conditions was received on Friday. I didn't spot anything about the reward, but only skimmed it, as I was going away for the weekend.

    Has anyone else just received £5 cashback onto the Clarity Card? Mine is dated 9th October but posted on 3rd January...
