Hi All
Today was finally a NSD. Cant believe how hard they have been to achieve this month.
I catered for a big kids party today which was fun and earned a bit towards the infernal bills. Also met with a really nice supper club chef who was very complimentary about the space. She cant do anything before October though. But good to keep hitting those balls out!

Dawn I hope you are right. I have had 2 enquiries in the last 2 days so thats a bit busier.

Well last nights shift was extremly busy. But they did pay me which was a nice surprise. Looks like I got the job because they said I will be on next weeks rota. I explained to the manager that its a side role for me and he was happy with that. No illusions of a career job so thats all fine.

Well. That was a good result. I sent an email this afternoon to a local lady who owns a very reputable gallery which is booked up all the time. Anyway I felt a bit akward approaching her as you dont want to seem like you are eating someone's lunch, but she was absolutely lovely. Replied back within 20 mins suggesting we meet next week and saying she is actually turning down work into next year now because she is that busy. So she feels there is room for another provider.

I have to try and get my daughter to bed now so I can write a proposal for catering a fitness talk evening. They have asked me to pencil them in but want a costing for nibbles. So thats good too.
