Selling flat, does it look OK?

It needs dressing. If looked at online, it is not appealing. Sorry, I know you have packed things up but I think you need to either unpack or buy new things to dress the flat.0

Sorry I agree it looks drab...It wouldn't put me off personally because I always imagine my own things in a room but your stuff seems neither here or there.
The curtains need sorting because they look terrible like that...they need to frame the window at the moment they look scrunched and make the room look scruffy. Get rid of the long bathroom cabinet and get a new shower curtain and nice clean fluffy towels.
Dress your kitchen with a few matching items.
Throw a rug down in the front room, a few carefully chosen ornaments on the shelves and a nice tasteful throw on the sofa.
Fresh bed linen laid down nicely on the bed, a couple of throw cushions and again sort the bedroom curtains.0 -
What's the address? "Reading Town Centre" (but with a link to Google Street View) just turns it into an annoying research project.0

I think it's fairly normal for advertisements not to give the exact address. It's on Mount Pleasant, but I would appreciate it if you didn't post the exact address if you do find it.0

But why would it be a secret to potential buyers?
I clicked on 'see more properties like this one' and found flats with the correct addresses. A buyer as cynical as me would wonder what you are trying to hide ...
The previous listing is still 'live'. I found it on the 'see more properties ...' list. Didn't recognise it until I got to the bathroom!0 -
Because I don't want my home address splashed all over the internet.
I've never seen an estate agents' advertisement that gave the exact address.0 -
Needs a telly in the lounge. I know we all spend our time looking down at our phones but some prospective buyers will still have necks that articulate upwards. There is no honour to be had in not knowing a thing that can be known - Danny Baker0

What about the lease? Length? Service Charge? Ground Rent?0

Oh and I agree on the address thing. 'Reading Town Centre' when the description says it's 1/2 a mile from the town centre is a bit daft. A road name isn't going to send all and sundry to scope your home out.0
