I had a car accident what do i need to do

    To me they was biding time to get their car sorted so if I go through the insurance it looks like their car was never in an accident and they had mot and tax.


    Forget that scenario.

    Throughout your thread you have been given advice on what to do, yet it seems you have ignored it all and so far done nothing!

    Read through the thread again.


    Decide whether you are going to claim off the third party insurer (as advised) or your own insurer then make the calls!

    Sorry all if I sound like I'm ignoring all the advice but since the accident my head is spinning and I'm all confused. I will get my insurance to deal with it.
