well my offer went in yesterday and now we're waiting on the vendor who lives in the USA to get back to us. I fully expect him to say no but the wait is killing me!

The currency markets aren't in your favour at the moment (assuming the vendor is going to convert into Dollars). He'll need 10% more than he would have done a month ago to get to the same figure!

well we offered initially £183k which was rejected (as expected) and negotiated to £190k which was accepted this morning.
