no they are not, this is true. The area is very rural and not an area that may appeal to many due to transport links.
OK, so go for between 150k and 170k, the guy lives in America, trying to get shot of this money pit must be a royal pain in the !!!? And the Brexit/Turkey stuff will be spooking investors/sellers as well, he probably knows he is not going to get anywhere near his asking price by now, but no doubt would love the general level of "advice" on her that assumes (hopes?) that all houses are like gold-dust with endless cash rich buyers waiting to jump in. The world just changed, people have wised up to the fact that house prices go down as well as up.0 -
Are there any comparable properties that have sold recently, it's difficult to give an opinion without knowing the property or area.0
