    why be a member of a credit agency*? , members of a credit ATA are categorically denied access to DVLA data when for use in PARKING offences .


    * members of a credit agency are skilled it tracking people , PR use equita (a capita member) , but still send out lots of county court letters to the wrong addresses , good old equita ,,,,,,,,




    when was the last time you so PE or VCS (or other scum)offering a 12 mthly payment plan?

    I asked the DVLA for details of the parking warden who had possibly keyed my car. They returned the £2.50 as they doubted the fact that that I just wanted a chat.


    Didn't seem fair to me.

    Doesn't the fact that some PPC's and debt collectors share the same office nullify some of the op?

    Doesn't the fact that some PPC's and debt collectors share the same office nullify some of the op?

    A key legal principle is that a company has a separate legal personality regardless of who runs it.
