Other houses recently gone with local agents and majority now sold. Only me and 1 other house on with House Network. The other house took 5 months to sell. Although, the market seems to be that slow at the moment that there aren't any guarantees with any agent that they can get the viewers through the door!0

Just an update.....
We were with Housenetwork for 4 weeks with not a single viewing. We have now changed to an Estate Agent and they have organised 6 viewings for us in 5 days - and had a very interested couple visit yesterday - fingers crossed for an offer soon.
I think housenetwork is great if you are prepared to wait a long time to sell, but the way the market is at the moment in my area I think I would have been waiting until next year for a viewing!!!0 -
Good luck, thanks for the update. Keep us posted.0

We just went live with HN yesterday, so just waiting for that first viewing!
How many pictures do you recommend dispalying on the site?0 -
We had about 5 photos on the site. However we did find that we only got a couple of viewings and then nothing at all. We swapped to a local estate agents and had about 10 viewings, 3 offers, and just exchanged yesterday.
I wish you all the luck.0 -
Thanks nicksta!
Im guessing 16 might be a few too many then! Now to decide which ones to remove!0 -

What advice is the agent giving as to how many?
I am an EA and my details have contained anywhere from one photograph, to normally 10/12 but up to 24. If it looks good and maximises the chances of getting more interest 'use them' is my motto.A retired senior partner, in own agency, with 40 years experience in property sales & new build. Will take a look later as just off out but I am sure by then you will have quite a few comments back. However you do have too many shots with many repeating themselves. I would tell the EA, when you have feedback as clearly he is not a very good marketing person just hope he is better at selling and getting a sale through. HNW are usually well thought of but I think it depends on the guy you deal with, on the day, as far as photographic abilty. IMHO on this one the guy has been very average/below average.
Why don't they turn on all the lights?
Why don't they use a wider angle?
Why don't they enhance in the photographic software?
Why don't they look through the view finder and fiddle a bit with what they see pinch - plump up cushions, reduce some clutter type of thing.
By "They" I mean most EA who seem cr-ap at pics.A retired senior partner, in own agency, with 40 years experience in property sales & new build. In latter part of career specialising in commercial - mostly business sales.0 -
That looks like a lot of house for the money!
I would remove all the pictures bar the first five and the last one of the blue bedroom. There's enough info there - I'm not interested in the hallway or differing angles of the same room. The living room looks smaller in some pics than it does in others.
Also, your dining room table looks absolutely tiny compared to the door and it's shoved in the corner of a decent sized room.
When you have viewings, move it to the middle and put some flowers on it to make the room more welcoming. It looks a bit empty right now
I'm not moramlly a primper, telling people to add flowers and cushions, but I think that room could genuinely do with a bit of cozying up. You're probably in there reading this right now if that's your PC table
Oh, and I know you're using it as a two bed but I think you should change your bit on House Network to say three bedrooms - you'll get more viewings as it will pick up far more people looking on rightmove for three beds (if it says two, then you're missing them entirely), it psychologically makes it look even cheaper and you genuinely can use it as a three bed if you wanted so there's no problem with the description.
Good luck with the sale - I think it's a goodun
