    Hi July Joculants,

Thanks for the starter Maria. Had a long chat with DW about staying sane and being able to switch off my brain on my days off work. That's my priority this week.

Debt Free-Nillionaire Continuity Plan Year Two:

    * Did RM Surveys.

    * Reduced price joint for lunch today and dessert bought with RM Survey vouchers in Iceland.

    * Our 10-year-old iron is now leaking internally. We've nursed it through many ailments but it is now beyond repair. Bought a replacement for £15. Didn't buy one that could tap-dance for £99.99.

    * Remain on sofa with wallet out of reach and try to relax.

Live long, live well and prosper.

    Hi all

Went to watch DS2 play cricket this morning and managed to spend £7 on extra drinks and snacks even though I had taken a flask. Tea out at parents though so I suppose that's a free feed. DS2 has gone all Kevin and Perry at the thought of having to spend a couple of hours with his grandparents even though we hardly ever do it these days.

Have ordered a couple of cardigans for work from an online sale as some of mine are looking a bit shabby. Have resisted the urge to buy anything else. Oh and well done LM I need to take a work suit to the cs as it wouldn't sell on ebay and is too big for me.

Nice to see you Maria sounds like life on the farm is as busy as ever!

    Can I join in?

I've joined Swagbucks and I'm getting the hang of it
I'm trying to figure out how to do homemade thankyou cards for the kids teachers without looking too cheap - I have bought them small gifts as they've been amazing this year for us.
Stayed home with paddling pool and BBQ in this heat!
Debating ebaying some stuff but it's too hot to move
Husband took some clothes back to Tesco and got a gift card which will come in handy as our kettle has just broken!
Pay off CC debt by Xmas 2017 #095 £0 of £11,416

Lovely to read all your posts. I feel as if I have been away months and months.
Chickens done but the orchard is really a mud bath, how much rain has there been in wales last week???
    Laundry done
Next quilt squares cut. Bought the material for £3 front and £4 for the backing. The middle is likely to be 10. So not too dear. My problem is the binding cornering . Sometimes works and sometimes a disaster . When bad the quilt is ruined really . Anyway the point is I need to show some restraint as my room is like s sewing knitting shop.
    EBugs is too tempting .
Nice to be learning something new .
Enjoy your Sunday evening all .

Paste the Amazon web address into Flubit.com and Flubit will email you back a company that is selling it cheaper.

Thanks Ally I am trying this now :)

    Today I have/will:-
    • All meals from stores
    • Check free postcode lottery
    • Enter some more competitions
    • Another load of washing on eco setting using less than the recommended dose of washing liquid
    • Hang up to dry
    • Check status of topcashback payout, if available then order steriliser from Amazon but will double check that's still the cheapest place first - Didn't get round to this yesterday luckily so am taking Ally's advice :)
    • DH has updated my computer to Windows 10 whilst it's still free now that he's given it a test run on his
    • Reminded DH to turn off lights when not needed, not sure why he had it on in the first place as it's not even dark!
    • Paid off credit card - we're only using it to get the protection for all these big purchases we're making lately!
    • Little bit more research into baby bits so I can take advantage of sales if needs be, who knew breast pumps would be so confusing :rotfl:

Have a great, MSE day everyone x

Flubit rocks as long as you're willing to wait a few hours for an offer. (Link)

    Hi everyone

I'm at the inlaws' this weekend - free food and board :D

My big small thing win this weekend - bought a new dress last week for £14.99....Saw it in the sale for £6.49 and then got a 10% off code and free delivery!! Took the dress back, £14.99 refund and then ordered the very same one online for £5.84! :T

Parked further out from town for free parking...

Had a half pint rather than a full pint at the pub

    Keeping up with YNAB.

Free entertainment - books and games...

    Catch up soon everyone
Might see if the trousers I bought in the sale go down any more next week and see if I can get cashback on it like you. Great idea!

    Evening all :D

Wasn't sure if I was going to get back on tonight - I really got into making my latest project (a shark blanket) and wanted to get it finished so that I could give it to the recipient tomorrow. It's done now :)
Luckypenny - you apply for exam marking through the website of the exam board you want to mark for. I mark for a couple - and although it's really hard for 6 weeks of the year, the money comes in really handy.
