Joint account for simple spends

Hi all,

I'm looking to setup a joint account with my partner for cash spends on things like food and drinks / days out. We don't live together at the moment but we're looking to put in say £150 per month each to spend on stuff (mostly food shops as we find one of us ends up paying for a few weeks, then the other (more so her at the moment and I feel bad / keep putting money into her account!).

We don't want one with a minimum input, not fussed about making loads of saving on it as it will be a regular spender / not hold lots of cash in for long periods.

Any suggestions on good, simple, joint accounts?

Thanks!

Any fee free current account will do the job, card each and you're good to go. Who do you both bank with at the moment, your current provider is normally a good starting point.

Obviously you know this will create a financial link between you both.
