    Definitely speak to the card company. And don't return the dress -- it's illegal to export it if it's counterfeit.

    I don't know what they would do, but you could also contact the company whose intellectual property has been stolen to let them know about the site. Occasionally they might offer to help or refund you if you send them the item to examine. But don't hold your breath.

    The OP wouldn't be "exporting it" they'd be returning it. A subtle but important difference.

    Same thing, isn't it? It's in the UK, to send it to China requires exportation.

    What makes you think the law defines exports differently?

    No it's not. By any definition exports are goods (or services) that you send abroad for sale.

    Hi All,

    My partner spoke to her bank and explained the situation. We were advised to return the item to China within 14 days of receipt and to send the bank a letter along with proof of postage and completed declaration. It appears they are going to help us out!

    (Send/Sent) t it tracked? That help may fall on deaf ears when you fail to prove the seller got their item back.
