Well thanks for adding this a month on from the original post...Just to add I use PayPal often and my balance is currently $0.00 USD which it always is as they take from my credit card when needed. The service that PayPal provides allows individuals to take payment without needing to pay the credit card companies for access to payment services and they also provide security as you don't need to pass your card or bank details to everyone you buy from.0
