AO.com delivery problems (posted in right place now)
;70960628]Not according to them. They aspire to provide the best service in the industry...
To be fair, some retailers would only offer delivery to doorstep - even for a huge fridge. AO offer the full server (for extra of course).
They have offered a refund of the services not given and £30. Sorry but £30 doesnt buy a lot of time or hassle when they let me down.
More concerned that their reply was more along the lines of sorry we missed a few things so heres our standard offer rather than making any attempt to investigate and/or ensure it doesnt happen again. Looks like the driver knows full well he can get away with ir because nothing ever happens when customers complain.
I'd be a bit wary on ordering from AO.com if I was totally reliant on them doing what I paid them to do like I was this time.
What did they not do that you paid for?0 -
I would recommend AO.com brilliant service by them and customer service are pleasant and well mannered so where the 2 delivery guys who delivered my fridge / freezer and took away my old one.
My mums also used them and so have friends on mse and until I read this thread haven't heard a bad thing about them.0 -
;70962242]There we go thats me told. A random person on an internet forum has had a go at me.
Don't read any more then. Go away. No-one is forcing you. Or you can come around my house to collect your £10....
It has taken you a while, but you are beginning to understand.
Do we all get £10? going to cost you a small fortune.0 -
Again I ask what service did you pay for and not get Paul?0

That would be a nice get-together.
Make sure you bring along your cleaner, I think she needs a rest.0 -
To be fair though the op is a serial complainer and has now started 48 threads in the complaints board!
I personally would discard what he writes due to the number of complaints he makes.
Thanks, but to be fair this is a praise, vent & warnings forum.
By all means you should 'discard' if you want, please feel free to do exactly that. Personally, I'll be the judge of whether to or not for myself.
You've actually counted the number of posts OP has made complaining!!! :rotfl::rotfl::TSeen it all, done it all, can't remember most of it.0 -

No, that's not necessary. The forum search facility tells you that information, as you can see from the post you quoted. :rotfl::rotfl::T0
