Its with Kensington. Precise want continuous employment and my partner had a gap between his old job and the start date for his new job.

Bit of a pain and our Mortgage advisor didn't mention this when putting in the application.

Hopefully this will go more smoothly.

Tut, I don’t see why that is a problem?? Good luck with them then, are they a lender for bad credit like precise?

Yes same we’ve reserved a new build too unfortunately ours isn’t ready until December so we will have to apply for an extension on our mortgage so will have to go back through the process. I also didn’t realise that the offer runs 6 months from valuation date and not 6
Months from when they issue the offer so we have to reapply in about 4 months just keeping my fingers crossed the build doesn’t run on past that date otherwise we will be going through a whole new application. When is yours ready? X

Ohh I never realised that either!! What a nightmare it all is? Ours will be ready june-August but tbh I’m thinking later? It’s only just started the first floor lol
