Tut, I don’t see why that is a problem?? Good luck with them then, are they a lender for bad credit like precise?

Yeah we didn't either at first but they want 12 months continuous and my partner had left his old job end of April and started his new one beginning of July. So at the moment has 10 and half months continuous employment.

Yeah Kensington is an adverse lender too and the monthly payments work out £80 cheaper which we are very happy with.

Ohh this is a nightmare now.... they are wanting proof of full deposit even thought from day 1 we wouldn’t have had it until completion! Our parents are willing to give us cash to make it up but how can we explain it???

Just explain the rest is a gifted deposit, Precise give you a template to get parents to complete.
Think you may be able to download from there website.
It’s been 7 weeks since date off initial app and I still feel no closer to offer!
