    More proof of my residency from over a year ago, employer reference for me, proof of rest of deposit (even though we haven’t got it all yet, and have already said) the list goes on grrr

    We should hear by the end of today if they are happy with all our documents and then hopefully can go ahead with the valuation.

    At least if they decline us now we should get the money back as the valuation hasn't been carried out yet.

    Yeh a lot of people seemed to get the valuation done right away. Wonder why its been 5 weeks and they still haven't done ours.

    I can’t see one for us either. However our mortgage lender has now cancelled the application and we are applying with an alternative.
    Precise had a problem with a gap in my partners employment 10 months ago so we are just getting on with a new application.
