Precise Mortgages - how long from application to offer?

No nothing for me either so yet again another weekend. Was hoping would hear today too.
Why were the going to put you back in the queue?? Do they assess documents as they receive them or do they do it all together once they have everything?

I’m not sure why but I’m guessing as the mortgage adviser that was looking after our case had been off most of this week, they must have been waiting on a few queries, we have another adviser taking over it now and she has since asked for a few things, and said no they can’t put us back to assessment as it’s gone on too long! They asked for re scans of bank statements etc as where blurry and wandered why my wages were deducted one month.

What a nightmare! Have they said when you’re likely to hear anything? I am expecting to hear Monday but I’ve been told all week would be Wednesday just gone. It’s all I think of at the moment lol it’s driving me crazy 😞😞

Me too �� early next week she said we should hear something, just hope she’s right, I feel like I can’t be excited yet lol

Any news today? I’ve been told it was being reviewed today so should hear from MB in the morning

They want proof of residency from me sending again as the doc we sent wasn’t the full thing?? Grr fingers crossed for something tomorrow!!! For both of us xx

Ours was being reviewed last week! Then because our adviser was off they didn’t receive some queries, so where going to put us back in the assessment que!!! I was fuming!!

Hi. Followed this forum, never posted as I’m
Dyslexic as hell.

Anyway applied for a mortgage with my partner few weeks ago..

Valued the house we wanted last week. Asked for the proof of our deposit again and pretty much that’s it.
Questioned a few little things on our bank statement about 2 weeks ago that’s all.

Gave them a call today, said the underwriter has now passed it on to the offer team or something like that for final checks so all been well should have the offer in 24/48 hours.

About my credit. 1 ccj settled last year.
No defaults in about 2 years but showing about 11 defaults on old accounts. No debt.

Oh so once the assessments have been done it then goes onto another team for the offer?? Could be a few more days for us then 😩
