    Hi everyone,

We applied on the 29th March so it will be 3 weeks this Friday.

    We have sent
    - 3 months payslips each
    - 3 months bank statements each
    - P60 for this year and last (Partner is still waiting for this years to come in)
    - Partners Employment Contract
    - Confirmed Student Loan
    - Answered questions about payments on bank statements

Really hope thats the lot but I very much doubt it.

    Good luck everyone x

Today marks 3 weeks since my partner and I applied.

I was supposed to get an update by close of business today. Didn’t chase it and got nothing.

Will be chasing tomorrow as after that it’s the Easter weekend and everyone is shut.

    The stress and anxiety continues.

    Hi janoid19

What kind of transactions were being queried on your statements?

A monthly payment to 'Harlands' which was my gym membership, a monthly payment from my flatmate for her share of the bills in the flat and a direct debit to my landlord for the rent.

Some pretty obvious stuff but I just clarified it and had no more questions since.

Well, my broker has just been on the phone earlier to confirm that Precise have approved our offer and it will be sent out to us!

That's 3 weeks and a day it took us from full app going in with around 3 follow ups to request further info.

I suppose it feels very personal going through each transaction on your bank statements but when it comes to our application, they are welcome to go through it with a fine tooth comb :)

Yeah, I have no problem with them closely looking at the statements.
Just makes me laugh when they ask what payments referenced ‘bills’ are for. Haha
