You will lose the valuation fee if they decline after performing the valuation.

It sounds promising though!

I heard back on 09/04 asking for clarification on who people were that are sending me money (daughters grandparents on both sides really) and querying some cash I paid in to my account in Feb 2019 that was a business investment. Sent loads of info for this so hopefully all is good.

Not heard back on the valuation and how that’s went. Really hope it’s all good and theyll be happy after checking these docs.

I really hope I get a mortgage offer before Friday!
Don’t think I can handle much more uncertainty!
Keep referring to the house as “our” house.. then thinking but what if it’s not my house..

OMG me too! It’s awful waiting isn’t it!? We went to pick our kitchen on Friday..... but might not even be our house yet :-0

The wait is killer and it’s not even been 3 weeks for me yet. Reading some of the other posts it seems like it could be a good bit longer.

Our application went in on 27/03/19 so it will be 3 weeks tomorrow (Wednesday). Feels like it’s been months now though!
