  • Brilliant news GGG! What a relief.

Latest here - husband co-owns a second property with his sister. Their parents former home. Parents now deceased and house is being sold. No mortgage. Never lived in it. Never received any income from it. Sale of that house isn't dependent on us proceeding with new purchase. Proceeds will be a lovely lump sum of savings. They are asking why he can't provide utility bills from there in his name? Honestly I want to give up!!! We are just laughing at the constant questions now rather than getting stressed. I'm waiting for them to ask why I only bought 2 tins of beans this week instead of my usual 4 and why did I shop in Waitrose that day when I usually shop in Asda!
  • Great news GGG! I gotta admit you are one of he faster ones - i ask would like to know how long from valuation to offer!

Mrs, sounds like you are having a rough time, I think some cases are 'audit' cases so they go the extra mile and really leave no stone unturned, fingers crossed we all get our offers :)
  • Thank you guys. It took 4 working days after valuation. It's a new build so basically just a tick box for my valuation, been pretty straight forward from the start. My application didn't take too long after all but it is still a dreaded wait with a lot of sleepless nights. I hope everything runs smoothly for you all. Once again good luck
  • Time2go did you include tax credits as part of your income? We didn't which is when problems started. I wish we had now - I was just trying to be upfront by saying we won't be relying on them when we move :-(
  • NO we didn't include them as haven't claimed them for over two years and now get childcare vouchers instead
  • Congrats GGG great news! Precise are assessing documents today that we sent on Monday. So hoping to get an update soon. Broker said there hoping to get an update by end of today. But no doubt they will want more :( who knows. Good luck everyone that's still waiting x
  • First time poster to this thread but wanted to give some information about our particular case to help those still currently waiting for a formal offer.

My Wife and I have been dealing with Precise through our broker for the last 11 days. It's been painless and relatively easy but that's just our account of them.

I have a pretty jaded and low credit score while my wife is a shining example of how a credit report should read. I have one default and a few late payments on my file from the last 12 months if this helps anyone in the same sort of position.

Case was submitted on the 11/09
    PIF completed on the 12/09
Valuation on the 14/09 (FTB so just a tick box)
    ATP on the 18/09
    Offer submitted 22/09

11 days in total with only these required.
    3x paylips
    Latest p60
    Last 3 months bank statements
    Proof of address.

Still yet to exchange contracts but do hang in there those still waiting it's been the longest 10 days of our lives.
  • Congratulations ggg, that was quick!!!....dougall what does ATP stand for? If you guys don't mind me asking what tier and interest rate are you on?

POpped onto site today and they mentioned valuer was on site for over an hour and also came back with a few extra questions this morning I therefore wonder (even though ours is last but one of the type to sell) whether we will get a down valuation
