Precise Mortgages - how long from application to offer?

They might be doing your differently though we sent all that back then they asked got more paperwork. No heard anything since Monday will chase broker tomorrow x

We have valuation booked in for later today so hope that goes well: luckily got a nice 7% pay rise notifications yesterday but not telling precise unless we need to for affordiability as will slow progress if we do.

I'm more worried that we are not getting more updates on how other side are doing that are buying my place rather than mortgage ATM

So had update from mortgage broker and precise are waiting for valuation (happened today) and answers to question re bank accounts. Only they haven't actually asked any questions re bank accounts so she is going to chase that up!!

How we can answer a question not asked I'm not sure and off course puts application to back of pile again.

I spoke to seller of our new home today and he's going on holiday for two weeks from Saturday! Still no valuation instructed so really worried there going have to wait till he's back which will slow things again emailed my broker to see what's happening x

Estate agent should be able to provide keys for valuation to be done in their absence

So precise wanted to know HMRC payment I make for overpaid tax credits and how long it has to run on a letter from HMRC. Luckily the adjusted payments slightly in April so I have letter but no way of scanning it in!!!! Tried a photo of letter but not acceptable so will have to wait till Monday very frustrating

Just an update from me as today despite the gambling deposists and CCJ I have received my mortgage offer from precise. They only had querys regarding my signature on passport didn't match the precise declaration so from initial application on the 12th September it took only 8 working days! I wish you all the best of luck, fingers crossed!
