Yes I got contact from precise within 3 working days of initial application asking for those further documents I mentioned in my earlier comment. I'm also unsure on their views on gambling I'm hoping they can class the gambling deposists as disposable income as my rent and other bills were always paid before I had a little flutter. On the website precise are working on 4 working days for any replies so fingers crossed for us all I'm just worried sick. I'm hoping this time
Of year there arnt as many mortgage applications to deal with, leading upto Christmas.0 -
Precise contacted broker today after bits of information for me and my partner, info regarding why a direct debit for a CC company, proof of address, a couple of transactions. Must mean they are happy with the swathes of employment evidence we gave them.0

Chased broker this morning who chased precise and they wanted what £243 deduction on payslip was and what date of exchange we were aiming for. Don't know why it took over a week to ask for that but hey ho. Survey on place selling tommorow and place buying Thursday so if hear nothing by Friday everyone will be getting chase on monday0

Good luck time2go! Hopefully it's smooth sailing from now on. Just hoping the information they have asked us for is all they need but I won't hold my breath!0

The latest with us is that they won't proceed unless they have confirmation from HMRC that our tax credits have ended. They wouldn't accept revised income :-(
So, just phoned HMRC and letter will take about 2 weeks to come out.
Even after that, there's no guarantee Precise will accept us.
In the meantime, we won't be getting anything towards childcare costs now because the claim has been cancelled. Not sure where that money is coming from for the next few weeks. So scared.
I don't understand why they're doing what they're doing.
They also questionned some credits on my bank statement - I work away a lot and reclaim expenses. They think that it's some kind of financial perk...ummm no! I simply reclaim what I've paid out!0 -
Can you claim tax vouchers instead ? You could also ask hmrc to send the response to you first class. If you explain why you need it. You can then call back next day and resetart it if necessary.0
