If you're still in full time education, your mum will be claiming child benefit and child tax credits so there will be no change in rent as you are still classed as a dependant.
It's only when you are classed as a non - dependant that you would have to pay towards the rent. That said, it would also depend on if your mum was claiming certain disability related benefits at that point
