Ooooohhhhh, I think i'll give this one a go. My first challenge!

I have various bits & bobs stashed around the house that i've been meaning to e bay in the last few weeks but we're never at home at the weekend lately to do it!

No idea what i'd aim for as I don't really have that much to sell.

Will have a sift this weekend.

here's a perfect example of what I was talking on about earlier with ebay descriptions. I've been looking for some school shoes for dd.
if I type in Start rite and on another search type in startrite, I end up with completely different searches.
If I were selling them I'd write a description like:
girls Start rite / startrite shoes black size 13 / 31

If someone chooses continental or UK sizes or chooses either way of spelling the make your shoes will come up on each seach, which, hopefully, increases your chances.

Add school into the title description too would be even better as someone may search for school shoes.

Umm.. Is it ok to spend on xmas pressies then sell on ebay and then spend some more on more pressies for myself because I have just been to the shops and made a list for myself-this may turn into a vicious circle for me.

yep we have ages!!! And dont most people spend January paying back their debts on credit cards?

We can spend january ebaying like mad to get back anything we overspent!!!

hurrah for 'eBay neutral Christmas'! I really would love a "eBay neutral Holiday" challenge for next year! Somehow I dont reckon I can raise £1400 for my hols, but perhaps for my spending money or perhaps to cover the cost of birthdays??

Made about another £12 profit roughly tonight. My hurray moment when i sold £100 has been severely dented by a god damn non-paying bidder..she owes me £60, bidded in the last 15seconds on each auction and had terrible feedback, but i oculdnt vet her out in time (due to auction sniping!) GAAAA! if i ever see that money ill be lucky!
